27 March - Arusha to Kenya After breakfast with Tom, we got a taxi to Riverside bus station and I'm using Jannies hotspot to update this blog while driving to Kenya. From Arusha to Nairobi is 50 dollars. Saw some zebra We successfully crossed the border into Kenya (yellow fever vaccination required). The ladies tried hard to sell to us Updating blog before we lose reception From where the bus dropped us we took a taxi across town to a shopping centre where Jim came to fetch us. Jim is great. An American aircraft engineer and pilot who has a lovely old Landcruiser. We had a coffee, did some shopping in a modern centre that looked just like the one from the documentary about the dreadful shooting (this one was smaller tho) Beers in hand, we headed to Jim's place. Wow. Jim's house which he built himself is overlooking the Nairobi national park.
